Church Growth & Development

Strategy for Church Growth and Development:  The key object is to evangelize, teach and develop.  Initial contacts can be made through mail outs, to better reach the masses.  There should also be door to door evangelism efforts, to personally touch those in the community. 

Making disciples is essential to carrying out the Great Commission.  But Jesus did not begin reaching the world with perfect people; He began with ordinary, imperfect people who had problems.  Many people claim to be Christians today, but the church is experiencing a period of unrest, falling away and corruption. We have the task of carrying out the Great Commission in the mist of this unrest, much like Jesus did in His day.  In so doing, I believe we must return to the principles and teachings of the Early Church, where the leadership taught and lived by standard based on God’s Word.
